Our Rates

Rates as of January 1, 2007

$79/hr for on-site work, 1 hour minimum charge. First 10 miles to your location on us; $1/mi thereafter
$59/hr for web-site, e-commerce design work
$59/hr for off-site work in which the customer drops off their computer and picks up.
$59/hr for work done over the telephone or via remote control utilities (Remote Assistance, VNC, etc...)
$49/hr for graphic design/photo imaging work

Many of our troubleshooting/repair jobs may have a flat rate charged for work done off-site.  If it takes 10 hours
to remove a computer of a virus, we certainly cannot charge you $590 in labor costs.  We also do not believe
in charging $30 for installing a CD-ROM which cost you $29, if you bring it to us.  We try to be as reasonable and
affordable as we can, while getting paid a fair amount for our knowledge and expertise.

Turnaround time for work done off-site is generally 0-4 business days.  Appointments for on-site work can
generally be performed sometimes same-day to within 10 days.
