Remotely Fixing your Computer through "Virtual Networking Computing" or "Remote Assistance"

Wouldn't it be great if you could get your computer software problems fixed without having to take your computer
to us, or better yet, without us having to step foot through your door?  For those customers, local, or even
nationwide, with high-speed DSL or cable connections, we MAY be able to fix your computer remotely through
the Remote Assistance of Windows XP, or better yet, through a free program called VNC (Virtual Network
Computing).

In order for us to help you remotely:

• You must have high-speed Internet access through a cable or DSL connection.
• Your computer must not be infected to the point where it has no Internet access at all.

We now offer a hassle-free way of running VNC, called "Ultra VNC SC".  This allows us instant connectivity to your
machine without any hassles, or additional software installations.  It's a small download which you can run
right from our website or save it onto your desktop for use anytime!  Best of all, after we disconnect from your
machine, the software is gone and for your protection, we will not be able to reconnect until you run the
program again.

Step One
Download VNC here

Step Two

When prompted to run or save, choose "Run" to run the program, or "Save" if you wish to save the program
onto your Desktop for future use.  This is a small download and we assure you, there is no spyware in it,
whatsoever!

Step Three

If you receive a security warning, rest assured, in this case our software is valid and safe to run.  Click "Run"
to continue.  Please note, even though our software is safe to run, not all software is safe to run if presented
with this prompt, no matter how "safe" they tell you it is!

Step Four

Finally, once the program is running and you accept our rates, double click on "Help Me, North Wind", and
as long as we're waiting for your connection, we should have control of your PC within seconds!  That's it!
Sit back and watch as North Wind fixes your machine from 1/2 mile, or 1000 miles away!

Work performed through VNC is billed the same as off-site and telephone work, currently $59 per hour.
